Caferoz
Purpose
While traveling the mountainsides of rural Honduras in search of amazing coffees, we discovered a coffee farm unlike any other we had visited. A group of women, many survivors of domestic abuse, and most with no formal education, had come together to grow coffee and regain financial and personal independence. We made a promise that we would support their cause by paying a fair price for their coffee and sell it in the United States. A portion of the proceeds from every purchase goes directly to The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
Promise
The world is a big place and Caferoz helps connect and empower women across the world one cup of coffee at a time. October was first declared as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month in 1989. Since then, October has been a time to acknowledge domestic violence survivors and be a voice for its victims. Our mission at Caferoz is to help survivors and victims of domestic violence every day.
